improve gas efficiency & air quality with a

new furnace from homesmart

When it's time to improve your forced air furnace system, HomeSmart can help you make the right choice for you home and budget.

HomeSmart installs residential heating and cooling systems from Lennox, Armstrong Air, Amana and Goodman. Our NATE-certified technicians will visit your home, identify your specific needs and offer the best value options available.

what to consider

Air Movement

A good high-efficiency furnace will have a dual-stage or modulation fan that moves just the right amount of air through your home just when you need it, maintaining comfortable temps throughout your home at all times. The best will also run more quietly and save electricity.

Gas Consumption

We offer furnaces rated at 98% AFUE** - meaning 98% of the gas energy they use goes into your home, not up the chimney flue. Furnaces 10 years or older can lose up to 1/3 of their heat to the outside air. The most efficient Lennox furnace we offer has up to 60 variations in gas flame adjustments, allowing precise "modulation" or energy to meet your system's needs.

Air Filtration

The filter in your forced air furnace has two functions: 1) to protect the heat exchanger and evaporate coil and 2) to help keep your home's air clean. Whichever filter option you choose - the standard 1" filter or the new Lennox MERV** 16 PureAir filter - always clean or replace it on schedule to ensure the system functions properly.

QUALITY CONTROL

When you invest in a new furnace with HomeSmart, your system will  be properly sized and installed to optimize your comfort. We'll help you choose, set up and operate your programmable thermostat and make any necessary adjustments to air ducts while on site. Better yet, each furnace installation and furnace replacement we do is backed by our 100% quality guarantee.

*AFUE- Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency. Higher is better.**
