APPLIANCE REPLACEMENT assistance

When a home appliance is beyond repair or parts are no longer available, HomeSmart’s Appliance Replacement assistance will help.

Just $9.99 a month covers any home appliances included in your Appliance RepairAppliance Repair Services or Certified EfficiencyPlus™ plan. So if it ever turns out we can’t fix something, we’ll help pay to replace it.

Once your appliance replacement claim is approved, you choose and install the new appliance and send us the receipt. We’ll send you a flat amount to help cover the cost: up to $750 for a new furnace, up to $650 for a new refrigerator, up to $300 for a washer or dryer, and so on.
